Polish President and his delegation are made to commemorate the massacre of 1940 some 22,000 Polish in the Russia Katyn forest officers when the aircraft fell.
Visit of Mr Komorowski has been overshadowed by a controversy on a plate by relatives of those who died in the plane crash that the Katyn massacres called genocide.? The plaque, which was written in Polish, was replaced by a marker of both languages that removes references to the massacre of 1940.

After their discussions, Mr. Medvedev said it was time to consider the future without forgetting the past, adding that the Russia is ready to strengthen its partnership with the Poland.
