C?te d'Ivoire is slowly stabilizing after months of fighting and disorders of the head of the Supreme Court of C?te d'Ivoire have dismissed the personal liability of the crisis that has engulfed the country after the elections last November.Paul Yao Republic annulled the results of the election, leaving the victory to Laurent Gbagbo and evoking a dispute which culminated in heavy fighting.
Mr. Yao Republic - speaking after a meeting with the new President Alassane Ouattara - said that all Ivorians are to blame.
Previously, the forces loyal to Mr. Ouattara exchanged fire in Abidjan.
The incident took place between the troops and Commandos Invisible group - which controls the main city areas of C?te d'Ivoire - introduced by the North of the country.
It was the more public sign yet of the splits of the coalition of forces that Mr. Ouattara to power last week.
After the elections last November, Mr. Yao Republic as head of the Constitutional Court, said President Gbagbo won 51.45% of the vote, invalidate the results placed which gave to Mr. Ouattara 54.1%.
The dispute plunged the West African country in months of bloody unrest.
"Any responsible."But after meeting with Mr. Ouattara Thursday, a visibly tense Mr. Yao Republic rejected any personal responsibility for the crisis.

Stability slowly returned to the city, says the BBC John James, although pockets of pro-Gbagbo militia continue to hold in the Western Yopougon neighbourhood.
Mr. Gbagbo was captured week last by the forces of pro-Ouattara, which puts the seat in front of his presidential residence.
