BLAST KILLS 11 near Office Of the President

An explosion which seems to have been caused by a bomb ripped through a subway station side in the Office of the President authoritarian Belarus Monday evening, killing at least 11 people, injuring more than 100 and to worsen a situation already tense policy. Nobody has argued for the explosion in Minsk, the capital of the Belarus, but witnesses described being hit by a wave of shrapnel that they said was contained in a bomb. President Alexander Lukashenko has indicated that he believed that the explosion was terrorism.

Ariz. loses once again the decision of the immigration

The 9th Circuit Court of appeal of the United States Monday refused to lift a suspension of important parts of the effect of blocking Arizona immigration law and said that the Federal Government is likely to be able to prove that the Act is unconstitutional. The Court rejected an appeal by Governor Jan Brewer. Some parts of the blocked Act to take effect, while the case works its way through the courses include a provision requiring the police to question the immigration status of the people while applying other legislation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect that they are in the country illegally.

Alexandria, Virginia: A man who federal prosecutors said similar to "kill Americans as much as possible" by the bombing of the Washington metro stations was sentenced Monday to 23 years in prison. Farooque Ahmed, 35, a naturalized American citizen born in Pakistan, pleaded guilty to charges of terrorism.

Afghanistan: The officers responsible for the collapse of the largest bank of the Afghanistan will be prosecuted, President Hamid Karzai said Monday. He accused in large part to Kabul Bank problems on consultants West, saying that they were not alerted his Government quickly enough.

Mexico: A suspect in the abduction and murder of passengers on buses near the US border directed soldiers to another series of clandestine graves containing 16 bodies, bringing to 88 the number of corpses found in the North of the State of Tamaulipas.
